All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail.
We do not ship internationally at this time, but hope to do so in the future.
We will email you a tracking number when your order is processed.
Perelandra is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that have been marked as delivered. If your package has been lost or damaged, please email us and we will try to help!

Perelandra is happy to exchange or refund your items on presentation of a valid receipt.
Goods must be returned within two weeks of purchase or receipt and be in perfect condition in their original packaging.
We will refund to your original payment method.
Perelandra gift cards and eGifts are not refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time. (If you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, please email us within 72 hours of receipt.)
